Dear Icepick - Please explain why your Democrats would NOT allow Lord C. Monckton (former science advisor in GBritian) to speak at this House committee meeting - Gingrich was a last minute stand in. I appears to me the Democrats are very afraid of real science - which is NEVER settled, always evolving. I taught science for 38 years. I think it's the SUN stupid.

Icepick151--Have you ever actually been to Cuba? My guess is that you have, because you seem to know more about the reality of Cuba, than those who want to judge it based on a photo of vegetables in a cart. I LOVE Cuba, and I am no Communist, for sure. Of course, not all Cubans are Communists, either, nor do they all love Fidel. What I hear over and over there, is that they want to run their own country as they have for the last 50 years. They will never, ever allow the US to come in and run it again.
